The mobile water balloon filler allows you to fill your water
balloons from ANY water source. You don't need a faucet to fill the
balloons which means you can take it to the beach, the lake, the ocean,
etc. Purchase includes one bottle.
USING THE FILLER: 1) remove screw-on spout; 2) fill bottle with
water; 3) replace spout; 4) insert neck into balloon, hold bottle
upside down, and compress bottle towards balloon.
USING THE FILLER CAP TO FILL BALLOONS FROM A FAUCET: 1) hold
empty balloon tightly on spout of filler cap; 2) press filler cap
firmly against faucet neck; 3) turn water faucet on and allow balloon
to fill; 4) tie off neck and have some fun!
