PROCESSING TIMES
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are usually processed within 1 business
day, usually no later than 2 business days (NOTE:
business days are Monday through Friday) from the time we receive your
order. Air service (FedEx next day, 2nd day and 3 day shipments) take
priority and we try to ship those the day we receive providing
order is received before 12:00 p.m. PST or before Fed Ex picks up for the day.
During some busy holiday rushes, we do require the full 48 hours for processing
and we thank you for your patience. From the time your package leaves
our destination Fed Ex ground takes approximately 5-7 business days
for delivery to most areas - please be patient during this time.
FedEx air service: 2nd day air takes 2 business days for
delivery - not including weekends and/or holidays; 3 day select takes 3 business
days for delivery - not including weekends and/or holidays. Next day
air packages are processed immediately and delivered the next business day -
Monday through Friday. If you need a Saturday delivery, there is an
additional $12.50 fee. When determining your delivery time, FedEx NEVER
counts the day a package leaves (they pick up here at 3:00 p.m. PST usually) and
FedEx never counts weekends and/or holidays for delivery time. If you
picked a shipping option that will not get to you in time, WholesaleGoods.net
and FedEx cannot be held responsible for product not delivered on time based on
the following information provided to you here.
SHIPPING
- If you have not done business with
WholesaleGoods.net before, a routine check is done to ensure that we are delivering to your
billing address of your credit card. For orders placed that are not
going to your billing address, or if you are not the cardholder for that
credit card, the transaction can be delayed as we must verify the
information. You may need to contact the issuer of the credit card to
authorize the transaction [they should be able to put a notation on your
account showing the alternate delivery address, or the cardholder may
need to specifically authorize the transaction in advance].
- Sometimes it is more convenient to have items delivered
to a work address. If you prefer delivery to a work address, it is very
important that we have the business name shown on your order, and the
business phone number must be on the order as well. UPS, FedEx or
Priority mail may not be able
to deliver unless the address reflects the business location's name in
the address.
- PLEASE NOTE To help protect you, we
report all attempts of improper credit card use immediately to
the issuing credit card company, the Internet provider used when the
order was placed and if applicable your local law enforcement
authorities.
- Shipments are made from any of our
warehouses that have the particular items you need in stock. In
rare circumstances, an order can be shipped from multiple locations.
- Customer may selection priority mail and we ship
FedEx or vice versa - we ship US Priority Mail with Delivery
Confirmation or FedEx ground, at our discretion depending on the product
and destination location.
- Shipping and handling charges for the
48 states is based on package weight. The
shipping charge is automatically calculated by the secure shopping cart
system. Shipping through the shopping cart is based on weight
only. If additional shipping charges are needed, we will contact
you. This usually happens when a product is oversize and dimensions
are considered, insurance and signature is needed, etc.
