WASHINGTON STATE CUSTOMERS - Sales tax on
shipped or delivered goods changes on July 1, 2008 - Businesses that ship or
deliver goods must change the way they collect and report sales tax starting
July 1, 2008. That's the date Washington changes to a "destination-based"
sales tax for shipped or delivered goods. Sales tax will be based on where the
buyer receives the goods, instead of the seller's location. There
is no change for out-of-state customers.
We are currently updating our shopping cart to reflect the changes, however, please keep in mind that the amount of your
order reflects the sales tax for our location based on 8.3%. Your location
may be higher or lower. We will send you an updated invoice with the
proper amount of sales tax for your "destination" address.
OUT OF STATE AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS -
We do not charge sales tax for out of state and/or international based
customers.
