CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

  • We would need to be notified IMMEDIATELY that you need to cancel the order.  E-mail or call us at 5099673867.
  • If your credit card has processed, you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee.
  • Please note that if your order has already been processed and given to our shippers (FedEx or Priority Mail), shipping charges may apply for any subsequent order change. Please review your order carefully - once submitted orders may be processed at any time and can be shipped almost immediately after processing.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

  • WE DO NOT SELL PRODUCTS FOR EVALUATION.
  • Shipping charges for returning merchandise will be paid by the customer.
  • For all returns, YOU MUST contact us via E-mail us or Phone (5099673867) and receive a Return Authorization Number.  Returns without a authorization number will be refused and sent back to you.
  • New product returns are subject to a 15% non-negotiable restocking fee and all freight charges assessed.
  • Merchandise being returned by the customer that has been represented as in 100% condition to our technicians when the Return Authorization Number was requested is subject to inspection. If the merchandise is not in 100% condition, a refund will not be given.
  • Used Product:  If the product has been used and you decide you don't like it, we cannot take it back.  Blowguns, once used, cannot be returned due to the unsanitary conditions.  
  • Defective Merchandise: Products are inspected for manufacturer defects upon leaving our facility.  In most cases, the manufacturers of the product will cover all manufacturer's defects up to 15 days from original purchase date. Original receipt must accompany the return. The item WILL be replaced, not refunded.
  • All original product packaging must be included. The product cannot have any signs of wear or abuse.
  • NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE

BACKORDERED ITEMS

  • Your order is processed and charged to your credit card when it is received. Those items which are temporarily out of stock we will indicate this to you on your invoice or by phone/e-mail. For items with long lead times, or for items which are no longer available, you may be informed of alternates to your selection. You may cancel a backordered item at any time with no penalty as long as the item is not a special order.  For new items with high demand levels, order are placed in queue and backorders are filled as "first in, first out" priority.
DAMAGED ITEMS
  • FEDEX: If the item is obviously damaged, note this with the driver and refuse shipment. The item will be returned and another sent at no additional charge. If hidden damage is noted, contact FED EX as soon as possible. They will arrange pickup or give you instructions. If they pick the item up and return it to us, once the item has been received a replacement will be shipped. To avoid delays, we suggest that when returning damaged items, you contact our customers service representatives via telephone (5099673867) or E-mail Us!us so that they can alert the warehouse of the return.
  • US MAIL: It is the customer's responsibility to file all loss or damage claims with the postal department.
