For international orders - you will receive an e-mail after we receive your
order that you will need to respond to. We must have that e-mail
(completed) returned to us before we can complete your order. This e-mail
goes over details about your order that will cover duties, taxes, brokerage
fees, etc. Please be sure to send us the required information back as
quickly as possible. Your order
cannot be shipped until this information is received.
- Best method of payment for international orders is using
PayPal. Once your
order has been completed you will be given the payment option of
Paypal. If you prefer to e-mail or fax us your order, follow up the
payment using paypal. Use our e-mail (info@wholesalegoods.net) to send us funds.
We can also send you an invoice via paypal for payment.
- Remember, after you have submitted your order to us, you will be sent
a document via e-mail that needs to be completed by you and returned to us before
we can start processing your order. This is MANDATORY. This
information is held on file and needs to be only completed by you one
time. Should future orders be received by you, that information is
still binding.
SHIPPING WEIGHT: Our shopping cart
is for weight of product only. The shipping reflected on your invoice does
not cover any dimensional cost (weight plus box dimensions, insurance,
etc.) Keep in mind that a blowgun which weighs 1 pound in a box must be put in a box which is dimensionally larger than 2 pounds
(typically 4 pounds is minimum). Actual freight charges will be based upon value for insurance
and signature as well.
Important note to International
Customers, including Canada: Duties, taxes, customs, import fees and paperwork fees are not charged by
us. These fees will be payable by you upon receipt of your goods into your country.
If FedEx is delivering your product, they will attempt to collect the fees at the time
of delivery. If
you do not pay the fees and we get billed for them, we will charge the card that
was used at the time of your order accordingly. If you do not pay the fees
for your product, no further orders can be filled until payment is
received. It is possible that fees
will not be billed to us right away and in most cases, several months
later. We will send a copy of the fees to you via e-mail through .pdf
format for your review. It is your responsibility to inquire with your local tax officials
or customs for more information about these charges. Freight charges for packages returned as undeliverable cannot be refunded.
Confiscated packages will not be reimbursed. We MUST have a daytime phone number and
address for customs forms.
International Orders have a minimum order of $75.00. This is for small packages less than 4 pounds, with a maximum length of 24-35 in. and
a combined length, width and height. Packages that fall in these parameters will be sent via
Express mail through the US postal service. This is half the cost of FedEx.
For larger package orders, we suggest you contact us via email or phone for actual shipping charges.
International Orders WILL be verified by Telex between our bank and the card holder's bank. This procedure can take up to 96 hours depending on the country in which the card was issued.
If for whatever reason, the card holder's NAME and ADDRESS cannot be verified by our bank, you will receive an email (on the condition you have provided us with a valid email address), explaining why your order cannot be processed and giving you further purchasing
options. On International Orders do not request that we falsify customs documents or send merchandise as samples, gifts, etc.
International Orders WILL NOT be shipped TO ANY ADDRESS other than that of the cardholder, regardless of where the cardholder resides. You must contact us via phone or email to make special arrangements for these type of orders.
