.40 CALIBER BLOWGUNS
.40 caliber blowguns and accessories are the most popular
blowguns - perfect for beginners. This caliber blowgun replaced the
old .38 caliber blowguns. Manufacturers make the
most product for this caliber.
- .40 caliber blowguns are 3/8"
If you're not sure what size your blowgun
is, measure the
inside wall of the blowgun - inside wall to wall. Darts are not interchangeable. You
can only chose the darts and accessories for the blowgun you have
chosen.
The two most popular styles of the .40 caliber blowguns
we sell are the deluxe and standard style. The differences between those blowguns are
basically what comes on the blowgun. The deluxe blowgun has more of the
most popular darts on it and will save you some money with the added accessory
pieces. The standard style gives you the opportunity to add your own
product to it.
- .40 CALIBER DELUXE:
Each one-piece deluxe style blowgun comes with a standard mouthpiece, one Q8
quiver, one Q16 quiver, four Q10 quivers, one 4" grip, two dart
guards, one muzzle guard, one black sling, twelve target darts,
ten broadhead darts, ten spearhead darts, and eight stun darts.
- .40 CALIBER STANDARD: Each one-piece
standard style blowgun
comes with a standard mouthpiece, one Q8 quiver, 8 stun darts, 12 target
darts, one Q16 quiver, one dart guard, one 4" grip, one muzzle guard.
LENGTH ACCURACY AND VELOCITY DIFFERENCES:
This information is for the .40

the .62 caliber. However, the manufacturers claim that by using the
.50 caliber and .62 caliber blowguns you can achieve about 25% more velocity and
distance.
